Stayed there for 2 nights, appreciated it. Staff was friendly. Had some nice additions, such as an electric kettle, a microwave, and central heating. The room was tidy and exceptionally good. The location - unbeatable! Convenience stores and shops next door were so handy.

Great location, close to key attractions and amenities in the city. Modern and fairly clean apartment with well-stocked supplies for a comfortable stay. - Nice quality tiles and units in the kitchen and bathroom.
The property was not well-maintained, with dirty carpets, rubbish outside, and stained duvet covers and towels. Poor customer service, with unhelpful staff and difficulty in contacting support.
